Are there any waiting periods?
No. Your benefits begin immediately upon enrollment. You can schedule your first cleaning and exam right away.
Can I use this plan with my insurance?
The membership plan is designed as an alternative to insurance. If you already have dental insurance, your insurance benefits would apply first. The membership discount applies to out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance.
How do I sign up?
You can enroll during your next visit or by calling our office. We will get you set up with automatic monthly or annual payments and you can start using your benefits right away.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual plans are non-refundable but remain active for the full year. We want you to be completely satisfied with your membership.
What is NOT included?
Specialty referrals, orthodontic appliances (other than Invisalign), lab fees, and any treatment performed outside our office are not covered. However, member discounts still apply to eligible in-office treatments.
