Who is the Agape Plan for?
The Agape Plan is ideal for patients without dental insurance, those whose insurance does not cover all their needs, or anyone who wants straightforward, affordable dental care without the complexity of traditional insurance.
Are there any waiting periods?
No. Your benefits begin immediately upon enrollment. You can schedule your first cleaning and exam right away.
What does the 35% discount apply to?
The 35% discount applies to all dental procedures performed in our office including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, whitening, and more. The only exception is orthodontic treatment (Invisalign).
How do I add family members?
Each additional family member (spouse or child) can be added for $349/year. There is no limit on how many family members you can add. Simply call our office or ask at your next visit.
Can I cancel at any time?
The Agape Plan is an annual membership. It remains active for the full year from your enrollment date. We want you to be completely satisfied with your membership.
What is NOT included?
Orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) is not eligible for the 35% discount. Specialty referrals and any treatment performed outside our office are also not covered. However, all other in-office procedures qualify for the discount.
